Any Home Bakers Here?

Since moving I've toyed with the idea of doing FMs again and adding GF baked items to the line up.
I suspect they would sell well. There are a lot of GF people who CAN'T eat wheat gluten and a lot that have decided it isn't healthy. Both groups would be VERY happy to have food available to them. Make sure the GF sign is big and easily read :D

After further review, the COVID19 test came back NEGATIVE.
Great news Jared! That is a load off your mind.

@jnicholes Glad to hear the test was negative. Hope you are feeling better.

I am such a wuss - I practically cried during the COVID test this morning. Just having that thing in my sinuses for a minute made my eyes water so badly that I couldn't see to drive off after the test. I couldn't find a tissue so I just used my shirt, lol.
The test does sound like a bad experience!

I hope the test is negative for you

Did they do 1 swab or 2?

Just wanted something NEW and Different for dinner. I made Chicken
Phad Thai. It was quite a "trip"....lots of steps....grate the ginger, grate
the garlic, grate the carrots, chop the fresh green onions. saute the chicken breasts cut in tiny squares, chop the parsley...make the sauce
soy, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar...cook the rice noodles...put all together. We both ate it...it was OK...but not worth all the steps for me.
And the Chickens will get the leftovers. NOT a recipe I will do again.
It was new...it was different. Aria

Sometimes it's just necessary to try new things. And sometimes they're just what we like and sometimes not so much. At least you tried a new meal!

Some recipes can be quite involved!

Walmart sells grated ginger in the freezer section so I do not grate fresh ginger any more!
