It was new...it was different.
Won't know until you try! I've run into a few of those myself. By the time it is made you don't really care if you eat or not.

unless of course they touched his throat by probing extremely deep?
That would be REALLY PAINFUL.

They are recommending we do so but I only will if I get sick. I’ll just quarantine myself.
I think you need to have a few days for it to build up in your system before they can test. IIRC in VT if you come in from somewhere else you need to quarantine for 7 days before getting tested. And continue quarantine until you get the (hopefully) negative result.

Not an actual test. They just take my temp and ask if I have symptoms or have potentially been exposed in the last 7 days. It appears that Vanderbilt changed the policy the same day she went into the ER. So once she entered the ICU, the new rules were in play. What I'm really confused about is how long it takes some to get results. Both of her results were back the same day. Maybe it's a hospital lab? :idunno
My son's came back the next day. This is in Rochester, NY Aria

I’m thinking our daycare should close for 2 weeks. I wonder if they are quarantined away from the husband since he tested positive? I think they should be out of the daycare for sure even if they are negative.

I think a lot of the time the concept of quarantining away from the family after testing positive is that they probably already got it from you before you tested and they will all be positive as well.

But I agree, since he tested positive and they are also likely positive, the DC should be shut for 2 weeks .... and everyone tested 1 week after potential exposure.

I did coconut macaroons today... Made over 100 of them....
