Just saw the NEOWISE Comet again. It was awesome! You can make out the tail with just binoculars!

I made some banana bread today! I forgot to grease the pan though so now we have banana bread in a pan. I really enjoy baking, and try to bake often!

Using salt as an ingredient is not about making something taste salty. It is about the reactions it can cause with all the other ingredients.

If anyone's interested, the rubber band is the general area where I saw the comet. You CAN see it without any equipment, but it's best to see it with binoculars.

I don't have a "real" griddle. I use a Cuisinart panini griddle that also folds out flat.
