1 cup seasame seeds 1 cup oats 1 c wheat germ 1 cup pumpkin seeds,
1 cup sunflower seeds l c flax meal 1 cup corn meal...mixed all together and put in a glass jar in refrigerator...when I make multigrain bread I use 1/2 cup of this mixture. Mix the dough and let rest
30 minutes.....do a stretch and fold....and then let rest 30 minutes.
Grease Tins: Note this is a large recipe I weighed the dough 4 pounds. You could probably make 3 loaves of 9 x 5 tins. I made two
two pound loaves in my Antique Large Loaf Tins. Bake 350 degrees
35-40 minutes.

The bread looks good!

Cake for two, it tastes great even though I'm horrible at frosting. This is my first scratch cake in decades. Thanks again Debby.

Birthday Dinner included BBQ, bacon wrapped stuffed (with pepperjack) chicken, Potatoes Au gratin and salad.

Glad the birthday dinner was a success!

Debby, can you scale your recipe for chocolate cake and peanut butter frosting down to a single 8" round. Oven is not level so layer cakes are challenging. So I'm going for a sheet style cake for two. I'll be baking it tomorrow in between work.
You can't maybe shim the stove? Easier than shiming the house ;)

Sue had a birthday and you didn't tell us? I better go check the NFC BDay thread!

Hi Bakers! Haven’t done much baking in the last week or two but last night I fixed some cornbread to go with the 14 bean soup I made.
Do you have to split the beans with others eating the soup or do you keep all 14 for yourself? ;)
