Birthday Dinner included BBQ, bacon wrapped stuffed (with pepperjack) chicken, Potatoes Au gratin and salad.

Too hot for a whole lot of baking lately, but we are drowning in zucchini.

Zucchini for breakfast. Did you know can put zucchini in a Dutch Baby?
Zucchini for lunch. Zucchini, roma beans, and spinach fried brown rice.
Zucchini for snacks. Muffins.
Zucchini for dinner. Zoodles with marinara.

Give me some time, I'm sure I'll come up with a zucchini shake too.
(I already make a zucchini chocolate cake so dessert is covered)

Can't say it was the most successful thing because I'm still working on the gluten free version of the Dutch Bay, but all I did was add a cup of shredded zucchini to the batter.
I would imagine it would work with regular flour just fine. Maybe a little less puff because of the weight, as mine were fairly flat, but still just as tasty.

Today’s sd bread is a science experiment. Sourdough starter, flour (bread and AP), water, salt and powdered milk. I don’t remember making bread without sugar and/or oil before. The recipe is originally for young starter. It includes yeast and excludes milk.

I've seen the recipes for it, and mock apple cobbler too, but haven't ventured to try it.
