Any Home Bakers Here?

Donuts are easy there are million recipes my oldest is a cake doughnuts
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder

Directions
Heat oil to 365 Vegetable
Roll dough to 1/2 inch cutting with doughnut cutter
Fry till light brown drain on paper towels
no flour?
 
Marmalade sandwiches. I've caught 2.

I don't like frying things at home, that's why I make the baked doughnuts (plus, we prefer them). If you look at the Google index, there are some baked doughnuts under the Snacks tab, these 2 are mine:

Debby, Thanks ...I prefer Baked. In fact there is a farm near us that has beautiful peppers....and I tried something yesterday....I usually fry them...
I decided NO. I cut them in thin slices and placed them is a lifted sides pizza tin ...lined with foil...added grapeseed oil and oven 400 and baked them...they cooked great. I used a small cast iron fry pan added the cooked peppers and scrambled one egg in each serving. GREAT. Solved the frying problem...makes a mess...less cleanup. Thanks again, Aria
