I have always kept a certain amount because of the confusion with all of the changes here.It is not a bad thing! Some will drop off from baking so the supply chain will adjust.
The panic buying is harder to compensate for though
There soya is in all of the brands and shop breads. I relented on eating shop bread a few days ago and I bought a fruit malted, it tasted really good, but then you have that awful feeling bloated and a little sick.
