Any Home Bakers Here?

I had a feeling it was something like that! Thank you!

I remembered to take a picture of one of the loaves (they both look very similar). Don't mind the dehydrated tomatoes behind it (I'm dehydrating a bunch of veggies for our camping trip coming up).

The bread looks nice and crunchy!

It is not a bad thing! Some will drop off from baking so the supply chain will adjust.

The panic buying is harder to compensate for though
I have always kept a certain amount because of the confusion with all of the changes here.

This is not a statement on what will happen but only how I think the difficulties plus this constant confusion will cause devastation.
As for the panic buying, there's a good chance of food shortages not to mention food trade deals between countries, to make our predicament worse there's the little matter of ferry and lorry access disagrementsit's. :th:th

There soya is in all of the brands and shop breads. I relented on eating shop bread a few days ago and I bought a fruit malted, it tasted really good, but then you have that awful feeling bloated and a little sick. I'll learn to make my own from now on. :)
