I have dough rising, doing the gump bread but I will put it in a loaf pan. This recipe is so quick.

Its just a banana bread but with boiled apple instead. I supppse you could put any fruit in there.
And Merlins magic sourdough bread.

@Floydie How deep did you slash your bread?

I only go about 1/4 inch deep, maybe I need to slash it deeper.

Today I made apple bread.

And have just put two loaves in the oven (50/50 wholemeal) on the bread setting. Hopefully it will turn out nice now I have worked it out.

@Floydie How deep did you slash your bread?

I only go about 1/4 inch deep, maybe I need to slash it deeper.

I cut it fairly deep, it opens the bread up more as its rising. I dont know if it makes it any better or not though...

Think its turned out ok.
I may have to try some white soughdough only breads using the setting soon.

Last time I tried posting pics it doesn't work. And I've already cut it...

I do change the recipe a bit, honey instead of sugar and milk rather than water.
