@penny1960 thanks for the update on @Aria and Floyd. Scary stuff indeed, I hope he listens better this time and gets to stay home! I can imagine Aria must have her hands full about now.

Good morning, everyone! I am feeding my sourdough starter because I want to make a loaf or two every day for a couple of days so I can stock up the freezer. That way, when I don't feel like baking or don't have the time to do sourdough or a niece/nephew requests a loaf, we can just pull a loaf out of the freezer!

I'm also planning on making more of the imitation Texas Roadhouse rolls (they make amazing ham and cheese sliders). Maybe I should make a batch or two of cinnamon rolls for the freezer, too....

Goodness! Where did all this work come from? (Probably from being gone to the U.P. for a week). I'm glad I was already planning on doing this over multiple days! Otherwise...

It if finally getting cool enough to bake in the big oven here! We are going to have highs in the 80s this week

Hope he gets well soon. Things like this are very hard or the wife to deal with.

I had a nieghbor come down seriously bad with the same and in hospital for a long time. He's been indoors ever since, but now he's made an almost complete recovery. He's going to beat this!

Hello everyone i haven't had a chance to come in today

I have got my first sourdough bread in the oven it's coming out in 15 minutes. I think I may have messed up a little but fingers crossed it'll be ok.
There was so much going on here that it was in the fridge for about 20 hours. I do hope the middle of the oven is ok.

Hello everyone i haven't had a chance to come in today
