It's delicious but not baked right, I've eaten 3 slices I really must stop
I'm having problems because I have gas and can only get electrical temperature but it's still yummy

I think it looks really good, as long as it tastes good

Excuse me I've been busy until now and still had my head in the kitchen.

My day was okay, video appointment with my Neuro doctor and now my appointment with the Neuro--Psych testing was moved up to tomorrow morning.

Marie, your bread does look a little undercooked.

Do you have an oven thermometer? Check and see which area of the oven is closest to the temp you want. I would guess that the center of the oven would be best...

Where in the oven is your heating element?

It was slightly under. I appreciate your input . I'm trying to establish the right amount of time it needs to bake and temperature in gas. I followed one timing suggestion but it doesn't work with my oven and pot.
I ordered a Dutchy and it has to go back as the enamel is damaged, so i used a casserole instead. I had it on gas mark eight in the middle of the oven.
