Any Home Bakers Here?

I tried to join the forum but I couldn't get past the robot test :(
I would love the clay bread baker and the proofing basket.

By the way I recieved my Christmas present early today I finally have a good weighing scales :wee
congratulations on the Scale!

Good morning bakers. Anyone have a conversion for chicken to duck eggs? If my recipe calls for 2 large eggs and the duck eggs are more jumbo chicken egg size, would you just use 2 eggs anyway?

@igorsMistress

An average size duck egg weighs 80-90 grams.

30 grams equals 1 ounce

60 grams equals 2 ounces.

90 grams equals 3 ounces.

I was trying to find out this equivalent for one of my customers. I can't remember who gave this to me on BYC.

I would, but it isn't the right way to do things. I know that the baker that @memphis sold turkey eggs to did the egg addition by weight rather than by egg count.
