I’m making NFC‘s pizza dough today for a friend who’s going through surgery. I will post pictures of the pizza when it’s done.

on an off-topic note, how many of you played marbles when you were kids? Specifically ringer.

I recently started getting into playing ringer marbles, and it’s very fun and challenging.

Im just curious.

We played marbles in Grammar school but they were banned after a kid on the bus tossed one out of a window and broke the windshield on a car

I will be making the No Knead Seeded Multigram Recipe I made yesterday. Much easier. This is a larger recipe makes three loaves....and
much more steps. I favor the No Knead. MUCH EASIER and has a nice
texture and taste. Aria
Thanks Aria!

How is Floyd today

Thanks Aria!

How is Floyd today
Ron, Much better. He has a new room, new room mate. He is able to get rest and a full nights sleep. Sounds like a different person...he was
very unhappy, the new room mate is a therapist and works in one of our
largest hospitals and he and Floyd can communicate. It makes it much
easier for the family. Thanks for asking. Regards, Aria

Glad to hear that Floyd is doing better. Sleep is such a wonderful healer.

Made pizza dough this morning. Company coming for supper tonight - my friend who had a small stroke 2 weeks ago. I hope she is improving, be we will see. The stroke affected her eyes, so she has no muscle memory now for moving her eyes around and can only look straight ahead.
