Im looking at a recipe that asks for potato flour and I cant get it. Looking at the food shop website they have cocount flour.. cornmeal/flour. What should (can) I use instead. Could I use instant potato?

I read the recipe and it says you can use potato flakes. 1/4 cup potato flour or 1/2 cup potato flakes. Good luck and please post a pic!
