Not sure what I will cook or bake today. I’m still trying to get a duck for Thanksgiving.

That reminds me, my aunt requested that I try to bring down a duck for a side dish on Thanksgiving. Still trying to get one.

if all else fails, I can just make giblet gravy out of the turkey giblets.
