I would not be happy if any of my recipes posted in this thread showed up in a BYC cookbook.

Making Chickens thighs tonight your mention of Cranberries reminded me to take some out.. baking a berry pie as a desert now

You just gave me an idea about my next quail experiment. Cooking them in cranberry sauce tomorrow, in the slow cooker.

Not sure if I did so belated if I forgot .. Pie is in the oven.. cranberry cooked in the fridge may have brussle sprouts from the garden with dinner

I'm trying to make better bread. Pleased with how this one turned out. Tastes nice not too much sugar like the ones I made last time.

bread does better with less sugar. Rolls need more though

I made bread but its not sourdough. Was feeling better today but I hadnt taken the starter out of the fridge.

Good afternoon bakers. I hope everyone is well and safe. We’ve been back in record heat territory again this week but I’m making some bread pudding for breakfast for the next few days and have the a/c on today. I sprinkled the top with craisins and unsweetened coconut. Just waiting for the bread to soak up the juice before I put in the oven. Life has been crazy busy and I hope to resume painting inside again soon too. Will get caught up soon, have a great evening!

We shall see. I don’t usually add things to it like that unless I top with fresh pears, my favorite version.
