I didn't wait until tomorrow. It's done

499g of mixed un-bleached and spelt.
2 tbl spoons of olive oil
4 teaspoons of dried milk. (A tip of Ron)
1 and half teaspoons of salt
warm water
Finally coated in egg white, courtesy of my fluffy butts.
