You might try this one. I can’t find find the one I used to use. I do know they make a heavy bread. If you have a vitamix or equal it helped to blend the grain first. Then follow the recipe.

We used to make freezer jelly. That loaf is screaming for it.

My freezer doesn’t leak anything I’d want to make jelly out of. If you mean what is in there, chicken nuggets, corn dogs and roosters are gross jelly ingredients too!
