Any Home Bakers Here?

Okay, you might be in trouble. I got a small bite of one when Cujo wasn’t looking. It tasted like pb&j! I’m going to be making these with oat flour next time. It might taste like apple oatmeal with peanut butter. Do you think I should add cinnamon?
If it’s just you eating them I say go ahead! If you are sharing with the pups though it would be best to leave it out since it can tear up their stomachs.

My husband wants to get me some bannetons for my birthday, but we don't really want to buy from Amazon. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to purchase them for not a huge expense?

I got mine from a kitchen supply store, do you have one of those anywhere close by?

I really hadn’t thought about giving our dogs cinnamon. After looking it up apparently there’s two different kinds. Most common one found in grocery stores isn’t recommended for us or our pups. Coumarin a blood thinner is higher in content in common less expensive store varieties. Humans would have to consume quite a bit to be hurt by it, but pets would be a different story.

I don't think a little would hurt to much. Cinnamon is good for lowering sugar levels so I have been reading.
My dog would love you :D

I'm hoping Debbie will make me that coffee, I've started making my bread. I'm not sure if my bread has to be actually baked before she will make me one :) :D
