I'm glad I'm not the only one who has problems when Microsoft updates.
Doesn't EVERYONE have problems with MS updates?

Crisco would likely work but lard is better for you.

I still can't get over lard being good for you though....
Funny isn't it! Maybe nature made is best for most everything!

I'm hoping to find a sandwich bread easy recipe later, if I find one I will share. :)
If you do sourdough this is the loaf I make. I do it often enough I don't need to look at the recipe anymore.
 The menu things still don't work!!!!!!

I want to start doing. But do not have the energy. Trying to eat more....more protein...etc. Not back to normal. Waiting for bloodwork to reveal problems. Aria
Don't discount the emotional trauma taking a toll as well as the physical trauma
:hugs

Nutrition and parasites' are the most common causes
Or just the hen. I've got one that is a June 2015 Black Australorp that has been laying thin shell eggs for the last 2 years. She's doing it again this spring.

Talk about a bargain!
I guess so!! Nice score, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Oh that’s my sister Jan, the one with a Tesla , hot tub and room for a pony! :gig
The hot tub is big enough for a pony? ;)

Kneading can help get out your frustration!
And make the arthritis in your thumbs very VERY mad. I use the KA and dough hook ;)
I can stretch and fold the Champlain dough, very different than kneading on the countertop.

I put the recipes on the sheet fairly quickly.
And we appreciate that :D

Nah Bruce that was a teaser in case anyone watches Keeping Up Appearances. The character Hyacinth Bucket (pronounced bouquet ) would refer to her sister Violet as the one who had aMercedes, sauna and room for a pony.

Debby, Never thought of frittata in the oven? Do you put in oven from the start or later? About how many eggs and for how long to cook? Aria

Here's the simple recipe I use Aria.

Frittata
6 eggs
1 1/2 Cups heavy cream (or 1/2 & 1/2)
salt
pepper
1 1/2 shredded cheese
1 Cup diced ham or crumbled bacon (cooked) or crumbled sausage (cooked)
1 1/2 vegetables (I like to use a small bag of mixed veggies, nuked in the microwave and then drained)

Butter a pie pan.
Put the veggies, meat and cheese in the bottom of the pie pan.
Whip the eggs, cream and salt & pepper. Pour over the other ingredients in the pie pan.
Bake in a 375* oven for about 35-45 minutes. You want to bake until it's set and not runny.
Cool before cutting.

This one is easily adjusted for whatever ingredients you have on hand.

Debby, THANKS. This is simple for me...and I now need recipes that I can work with. Thanks again, Aria
