We have not turned the heat on this fall, winter, and spring.

Our heat is still on, it was down in the teens last night.

Popped a sourdough loaf w/ everything bagel seasoning in the oven this morning, it'll be gone by dinner at the rate I'm picking at it.

Nice out, but windy. The daffodils are going crazy now. I'm not a big yellow flower fan, but I do LOVE daffodils.

I really need to make some more bread. And peanut butter. Not gonna happen today, and probably not tomorrow either.

Hey everyone!

I have a story I want to tell, and a question.

I went out to prepare my garden for the season, when I slipped and fell. Don’t know what made me fall, until I actually looked down.

Apparently, my rabbit dug a tunnel and I didn’t know about it. While I was walking, part of it collapsed and I fell.

The odd thing is, we cannot spot an entrance, but we did spot where an entrance was at one point. It’s almost as if she filled in the entrance and left the rest of the tunnel intact.

Funny rabbit.

Anyway, here’s my question. Does anyone have a recipe for 7 grain or 12 grain bread that does not involve a bread machine? I don’t have a bread machine.
