Any Home Bakers Here?

Back to my question. Anybody got a seven grain or 12 grain bread recipe that does not involve a bread machine?

I don't make that type of bread (DH doesn't care for it), but couldn't you make it by hand without a bread machine?

OK, I get it now. Thank you.

I’m a little out of it today, not feeling too well.
Thats okay now you can fold it into the dough if you choose save a bit for the top maybe butter the top lightly then add a few

OK, I need some help. Me and my mom tried making bread together, and this happens every time. We are obviously doing something wrong. It’s splits in the oven.

Granted, I got a good rise in the oven. However, it just looks ugly. I don’t want it to look this way, I want it to look better!

What the heck happened, and how do I prevent it from happening again?

Here’s the recipe I followed.

We rolled the bread into loaves, shut the seam, put it seam side down in a sprayed loaf pan, made sure it was nice and smooth, and we have no idea what the problem is.

This is getting VERY frustrating. Why can’t I make it look nice? It makes me SO ANGRY!
