Got some new cake pans today, they're 6" pans. I've been seeing recipes for 3-layer 6" cakes and thought that would be a nice size for just DH and me to have. With it being just the 2 of us, a big 2-layer 9" cake is too much.

I'm going to try out a Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for the new pan inauguration.

I've got 108 mini bacon-cheddar scones in progress right now! I've got a bridal shower to cater tomorrow, so mini oatmeal cookies and mini lemon curd thumbprints tonight too.

Chocolate pudding came out FANTASTIC last night- we ate it all before I could get pics!

I fed Penny Jo my starter today to start a Champlain loaf tonight. I know it’s boring but just wanted to contribute something so I’m not just some voyeur voyeuse? on the chicken forum baking thread. Hope you all are well!
