Any Home Bakers Here?

I’m running low on bread so am considering feeding my starter today to start sourdough tonight but we’re starting a heat wave and the oven heat will not be welcome tomorrow!

This morning is the first time I've turned my oven on in about 2 weeks.

It’s not hot like that here thank all that is holy! I found out our 90 degree day won’t be till Monday so I’ve got the starter fed and I just might stir together 2 loaves to get me through next week.
