Any Home Bakers Here?

Dark and rainy here, perfect baking weather! Going to try some bread. Can't make too much, we're leaving on vacation Thursday.

@ronott1 , I was wondering if you knew how to revitalize my sourdough starter. It's a rye flour starter, 300g water:240g rye flour:50g starter. It's very bubbly and healthy, but it doesn't taste very sour at all when it's baked into bread. Do you have any idea how to fix it? TIA!
 
Where I came from dinner and lunch were different names for the same meal. The late meal was supper.
For me, lunch was always the midday meal. Dinner was the evening meal, and supper was just another name for dinner. Interesting how different locales/families do this. :thumbsup

I did find a couple of almond flour pizza dough recipes. I will have to try one soon and report back. If DH likes it, pizza night might return to our house! :clap
