It tastes good, still cant get my bread to rise very much. Think I need a mixer. Maybe one day.

If it doubles in size, it is rising fine!

I am making a nectarine mousse pie today. I have juiced about three cups of nectarines. That gives me enough for two pies.

I will make one pie and freeze the extra juice.

Made some vietnamese bread rolls today. Ended up a bit darker than I would have liked, but the crumb is nice, and sooooo fluffy

based loosely on this recipe, without the bread improver or vit C.
