Thanks for the recipe!Recipe:
1 cup (136 grams or 8.4oz) flour
1 cup (240 grams or 8.6 oz) milk
3 eggs
1/4 a teaspoon (1.05 grams or 0.037 oz) almond extract (or 1/2 a teaspoon (2.10 grams or 0.074 oz) vanilla extract )
1/4 a teaspoon (1.5 grams or 0.20 oz) salt
6 tablespoons (85.05 grams or 3 oz) butter
1 tablespoon (13 grams or 0.46 oz) sugar
1/2 cup (104 grams or 3.67 oz) berries or chopped fruit of your choice (this is optional)
Preheat your oven to 400 fahrenheit (204 in celsius). Slice butter into chunks and put in a 9x13 pan. Put the pan into the oven while it is preheating.
Mix the first five ingredients (flour, milk, eggs, extract, and salt.) together and set aside.
Get your fruit (if using) and sugar ready. Once the ove is preheated pull out the pan (the butter should be melted into a puddle by now). Pour the batter into the pan, and sprinkle the sugar and fruit on top. Put it back in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. serve as is. Enjoy!
My pleasure!Thanks for the recipe!
