Oh me too Aria! I used Penny’ recipe and made my own starter. I can’t buy bread anymore!

I do not buy bread either!

I never really did though. I started baking bread when I was 12. We baked 6 or more loaves a week in one big batch for the Family growing up. Of course the first loaf was gone as soon as it was baked.

I have some sourdough cinnamon left in the freezer. I toasted couple of slices for our breakfast this morning.

It is hot today here too!

It’s not scorching today, but it’s warm in the house, and as soon as I got excited about cinnamon raisin bread, I realized I was just too hot to want to eat something that I associate with autumn.
