@tjo804 We love the Cinna-buns recipe, that's in the index. If you have a different recipe you like for the bread part, the filling in the cinna-bun one is extra good (uses a LOT of cinnamon).

I bet antlers could be made Cinnamon-y

and if Cinnamon was added to the rest of the dough before kneading it would be lovely with Cream Cheese icing

Maybe shape, slice - stuff the filling and then bake

I just looked at the link for the bread dough ornaments and copied it. That looks like a lot of fun. (And you know what? I'm thinking chickens for a gingerbread coop!)
