If you have molasses on hand, our Test Kitchen suggests this alternative: For 1 cup brown sugar, use 1 cup granulated sugar plus 2 Tbsp. molasses. Stir together and use according to your recipe."

If I want to use brown sugar it is 1 cup per cup of granulated sugar?

I have been using RAW SUGAR which is brown in color. And YES molasses should be FINE. Aria
 
Making yogurt tomorrow! I found some packets of yogurt culture I bought during lockdown, and they're still in date, so why not use 'em? I recently found out I'm allergic to milk fat, so I'm grabbing some skim milk from the farmers' market tomorrow morning.

How do y'all flavor your yogurts? My favorite is chocolate :oops:
My youngest dd adds jam to yogurt.
