Yeah the 925 is perfect for me. You can stack in it. But still light enough to handle. They get pretty heavy.@lnsoaps Welcome to the Home Bakers thread.
There is a Google Spreadsheet on Page 1 of this thread that will take you to all of the recipes that we have posted. Hopefully there are a couple of recipes that can be added to your recipe file.
I am working on consolidating my recipes into 3 ring binders for ease in finding the one I want, when I want it. Right now I have to flip through my recipe box full only to find out that it is not in there ...
I was looking at the All American Canner also. Kinda spendy, but with the quantities that I like to can, it will be worth it - when they get them back in stock, lol. I am using a hand-me down canner that has seen better days. The bottom of the canner is bowed out a little bit, so it doesn't sit nice and flat on the burner - but with a gas stove it isn't that big of deal. I would like to get a canner that will hold more than 7 quarts/pints at a time.
