Any Home Bakers Here?

I made my first ever roll cake yesterday, it's pumpkin with a cinnamon cream cheese filling. I think it turned out pretty well, cracked a bit on the top, though.

Looks good to me.

Someday, when I am blessed with Too Many Eggs, I'm going to find a great crustless quiche recipe and make that for dinner. Crustless for the GF in me.

Did you get the one I posted?

It is delicious.

If you did not get and would like to have it let me know.

Bakers good morning one and all!

Been out of sorts for the past few days.

Tuesday worked outside making window frames for my coop.

Wednesday out delivering eggs, had my nails done, and grocery shopping.

Thursday I spent most of the day in the ER with my husband related to his pain from a fall he had on Saturday.

He had a CT scan with negative results and no fractures present.

I feel his pain peaked and now he will have less -- we'll see.

Have a great day!

This is a quick and easy no fail recipe. ENJOY. Aria
It could if I made it!

Last night I made King Arthur's Vermont Whole Wheat Oatmeal Honey bread. Since I've never made it before I followed the recipe without alterations.

Rose nicely in the bowl. Didn't rise well in the pans. SHOULD have looked like your bread but was only half height. Don't know what I did wrong.
