Never thunk of yogurt! May try that in one batch today. I have LOTS of nanners, lol.

Um... Before I go... A question for all you bakers, this is about roasting chickens. Old roosters, that is, ultimately to be made into bone broth. How long should I roast them? I seasoned them lightly with a little salt, but that's all. Thanks.
