I like that recipe too and make it often, never had a bad batch, it always turns out well. But you've taken it to a new level with your modeling. I hope you do more of that, it's been a lot of fun seeing what you come up with. And your g-daughter is learning a lot just by having fun with you doing it...bonus!

Trying a new roll recipe, Chewy Italian Rolls. This will be my first time making one that starts with a biga...I'll find out tomorrow how they turn out.

Anyone else trying something new?

Forgot to give an update on this roll recipe. It wasn't the worst thing I've ever made but certainly not the best either. I think I overworked the dough. I'll give it one more try before scratching it off the list.
