Any Home Bakers Here?

Beef and lamb bones need to be roasted. Chicken bones do fine without roasting.

It takes several hours in the pressure cooker. When ready, the bones are mushy!

What I did recently, candied orange slices with dark chocolate coating

I mixed 100% and 85% dark chocolate for the coating. As the candied orange slices are sweet enough, the chocolate coating must offer a contrast for a balance.

I think I have the exact same "pan" it is the top to my dutch oven. Guess I could make a cookie as well :D
It's the top to my Lodge combo cooker. I recommend using it to make a big cookie! I'm going to try a brownie next time.

Last night was a sad night. My husband was getting food out of the garage fridge, and my sourdough starter's jar fell out and shattered. Carly is dead. On the bright side, I get to start a new one (I enjoy mixing flour and water, and watching life grow)!
