At last I found my way back.

A question.
I've taken out my sourdough out too feed and I've wanted to bake a loaf but the sourdough isn't bubbling. It's smells good. Should I just leave some out enough for a loaf and put the rest back in the fridge or leave it bubble again? .
Penny answered well! If there is plenty of space in the jar, you can give the starter 1\4 C of water and flour to perk it up.
 
Pull out a quarter of the sourdough then feed it that will bubble
I had too come offline so missed this answer, thank you :)

I used the sourdough then added a little flour and put it into the fridge. It smells really strong I was desperate for a loaf and as I was woken up again during the early hours this time I got out of bed too start the process.

It's strange it's not bubbling but it seems to be alive.
