What's on the docket to cook or bake today?
I'm going to take some GF sourdough discard and make pancakes with it. I plan to just wing it, see what I get. If it's good, I'll tell you what I did, if it's terrible, I'll just compost it.

@ronott1, I've started the sourdough you sent me, and it's bubbling! We might have some friends stop by during the holiday week, and I hope to have some bread to show off. I don't know if anyone will be impressed with GF sourdough, except me.

Nice! It is ready for the replenishing instructions and can be uses normally not.

Apparently, I never actually posted this. I wrote it up 3 days ago, and thought I posted it last night. :idunno

Last night, I used the pressure cooker for the first time to make chickpea, chicken, and wild rice soup. I love that it's like a slow cooker, but faster!
