Any Home Bakers Here?

Apparently that is the case Aria. We got a bunch of "duck bill" (talk about looking silly) ones from Amazon at DW's request.

I read that too fast!!! My first though was, they have recipes for rabbit food in there? Then :ep recipies with rabbit as an ingredient? Why would Sophie want that???

Then I read it again. Glad she likes the book, has she made anything fabulous yet?

Making two loaves of bread is good. Dividing, and not weighing the two balls is okay. Not realizing that only the one closest to the oven light properly rose? :lol: It’s a good thing I don’t share. One loaf didn’t even spread to the far side of the pan. It isn’t bad, but the difference between the loaves is very noticeable.

Maybe you can turn them half way through the rise time?
