Oh, this is the closest I can come to posting the 109% whole wheat bread recipe I was bragging on. It's just a screen shot of the first page, so y'all can google the actual recipe. I'm sorry I can't do more.

I will try this! Interesting that the honey isn't put in on the first step to get the yeast going. I guess it is eating the flour like sourdough starter does. Thus the "sponge method"?

I was making corn bread .... I thought! As I was measuring in the corn meal, I thought, That's funny, something sure smells like garlic around here.... Turned out I had purchased garlic powder in bulk and had not labelled it! I didn't realize my error till I'd added the eggs and some of the milk. I went out and used a stick to smear the batter on the trunks of my fruit trees, where it dried and hardened into a thick crust (this was in New Mexico). I had no aphids or ants on those trees that year!

I mixed all except the OIL. Added to the bowl last.
Forgot what it was??? but it did not WORK Well.
I worked the oil in the finished dough mixture.
After that check the Recipe to make sure I have it
ALL. Aria
