Made potato chips from scratch.

Yes this baking thread gave me the inspiration to try it. It was a posting a while ago by @jnicholes
so I went searching recipes online.

Above is a picture from online,(not mine) I read the recipe, (there are many variations to making it. Kind of like pizza,, but rolled up. No sauce inside, but available as a side.)
So here is my common Play by Play of my adventure.

Above is my pizza dough I make day before, and refrigerate overnight. I posted pizza dough recipe previously.

I was making 2 Stromboli. I rolled out dough thin. Then I layered with thin sliced Canadian Bacon, and Pepperoni, followed by thin sliced cheese. One was Mozzarella cheese. Other was Munster cheese.

I sprinkled seasonings on top. Parmesan Cheese, Rattle Snake Bites, Italian Seasoning, Garlic, and Herb.

Rolled up. Cut slits, and sprinkled tops with Rosemary Garlic.

Baked at 400°F for about 30 minutes.

Interior temp read 207°F so I knew baking was done.
Note 400 on oven temperature.

Cut after they cooled.

With the 3rd, and 4th dough, I experimented. Will post in a separate posting.

You wrote "rolled up". How? I see your dough with 16 slices of Canadian bacon but cannot picture the rolling part.

The meat is thin sliced, and cheese is also thin sliced. I asked at the Deli to slice thin for me. So once I had everything laid out, I started rolling from one edge on up.
