Diamond has been looking for her mum. She was like Lola's shadow. Anywhere Lola went diamond was with her.
We had 4 dogs Molly (lab) who went first years ago now. Then Rolo (chihuahua) who went autumn 2019. And now Lola. Diamond has never been on her own before. She's lost bless her.
We still need to tell No1 son as he's not back from school yet .

Trying my hand at making Brioche Hamburger Buns today. First time ever trying anything like that, and first time ever using my stand mixer to make and knead the dough. Wish me luck!

I am pretty sure I haven't posted my Hot Fudge Mug Cake recipe. So, here it is:

Needed equipment:
1 mug that holds at least 20 oz
A plate to put under the mug in the microwave

Topping Ingredients (makes enough for 2 mug cakes):
1/8 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
4 tsp. Cocoa powder
Mix all together very well. Set aside.

Cake Ingredients:
1/4 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Flour
1 TBSP cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
3 TBSP. Butter, melted
1/4 c. COLD milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Topping mixture
1/2 c. HOT water

Into the mug, sift together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Whisk in melted butter (yes, it will be clumpy) until combined.
Whisk in COLD milk and vanilla until well combined.
Smooth the top of the batter, and clean up the sides of the mug a bit.
Pour half of the topping mixture on top of the cake batter. DO NOT MIX. Smooth the topping mixture.
Pour hot water on top of the topping mixture. DO NOT MIX.
Place mug on plate and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Let cool for 3-5 minutes before eating (to avoid burning your mouth and to allow the sauce to begin to thicken).
Enjoy!

The reason it matters is because if you ask the Staff for a drool emoji they will say you already have a drool emoji. If you ask them for a drool reaction you will get a different response.

Thank you. Wasn't really intending to ask for one. Said it would be nice if there was one. But would only need it for this thread so no worries. Prolly wouldn't get it just for one thread. Just making an observation. Would be much easier to click on a reaction emoji then do a whole new post with the droolie emoji.

Technically the reactions are emojis that got promoted
