Any Home Bakers Here?

You are all getting my bread baking and experimenting juices flowing here - I don’t even know where to start!! Beautiful rolls and breads!!
Blooie you love to bake now because you have your very own support group! I wasn’t much of a baker either but when you have gurus to help get terrific results it’s a game changer!

Did you use unpasteurized milk? It is cool that in Idaho you can buy unpasteurized milk at the stores - it is illegal to sell unpasteurized milk in Wisconsin unless you buy it directly from the farmer for your own use.

No, I use pasteurized milk. I just have to make sure it’s not “ultra-pasteurized.”
