Any Home Bakers Here?

Not sure I would want cold frittata
Yeah, they have a microwave at work. We're the oddballs here at home... we do not have a microwave. Have never had one in the 27 years we've lived in this house.

I reheated some frittata in a pan on the stove for lunch. It was delicious!
 
For those of you who were talking to me about cheese from whey, you got me interested. I’m going to try tomorrow to make some whey ricotta.

In order to do that, I need to make another hard cheese that needs to be waxed and aged. And I need to reserve the whey.

I think I’ll try Derby this time.
