Thanks, Bruce! I did not bake today, but I did do something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I made yogurt!I haven't in ages because my fridge keeps filling up with eggs! But I finally remembered that if they are not washed, they don't have to be "refrigenated!" So I have six dozen eggs on a shelf in the basement (not all mine, I've become a distributor, lol!), and I did THIS today:

Fourteen and 1/2, half-pint jars of yogurt. I will wash the eggs the night before they are to be sold, possibly tomorrow night, and then they will go in a cooler overnight. Yay, yogurt!![]()
Also a fan of real maple syrup. We use to have a big syrup festival each spring to celebrate locally made syrup and I'd get a whole gallon. It would last until the next spring and I'd get another gallon. Yum!!For me and The Man. We really like yogurt, lol. We'll each eat one a day, so this is about a week's supply. He eats it plain. I drizzle a little maple syrup on mine. Real maple surple.![]()

Looks good, Jared!
I had no way of knowing that you were taking my post that way. I would’ve responded differently had I any clue. Then you should have got yourself safe and called for an ambulance.. and the police. That person was ill, and needed help! it is classed as a medical emergency.
I dont know if you are joking or not but I dont find anti mental health stuff very funny. This is why some people put off getting help, because of the lack of understanding and judgement from people who have no idea what it's like to be ill like them. That makes them hide it, and that is a very bad thing to have to do.

That's where mine are kept.Thank you so much. I’m probably going to donate part of my room to a stack of feed bags.
Right!!But I finally remembered that if they are not washed, they don't have to be "refrigenated!"
Who do you sell to? I know everyone I sell to and they know I don't wash the eggs. They can choose to wash them if they like. As you (a chicken owner) know, they usually come out of the hen clean as a whistle. As long as they lay in a clean nest (ie the girls don't sleep in them) there is nothing to wash off.I will wash the eggs the night before they are to be sold
Which, by legal definition, is the only kindReal maple surple
Lol, I sell to people who like my nice clean eggs! Seriously, I keep my nests clean and my own eggs usually are nice and clean. But I also sell eggs I get from another lady who is elderly and ... well let's just say I won't sell dirty eggs.Who do you sell to? I know everyone I sell to and they know I don't wash the eggs.
