Any Home Bakers Here?

Since I was on the go with baking,,, I made my 4 pizza dough quantity. Baked 2 pizzas, a cheese, and a pepperoni. With the remaining dough I baked these 2 cute one pound bread loaves. Long one is topped with sunflower seeds. the round one is topped with Italian Seasoning.

I was over on the Preserving the Harvest Thread, and someone was posting about an electric pressure canner, the Presto one. Does anyone here have an electric pressure canner that they've used and like?

I'm thinking about getting one, but they're $330, so not an impulse buy.
I don’t have an electric one, but my stovetop All American (I forget the size but I think it holds 16 qt jars) was about that. I think if the $330 one is big enough for you, I’d go for it. I really don’t think you’ll be sorry.

cavemanrich, THANKS. Wow, you sure did a lot of
baking. GREAT.
Aria,, I have been following this thread for some time. I have followed your journey to recovery :hugs 💕 and am glad you are baking regularly again.
It is just recently that I decided to post some things here.
I do have a few of your recipes in my paper version recipe notebook. I just flip thru the pages, and decide what to bake, or cook. Much easier than firing up the computer and searching :thumbsup
Some of your recipes I made;
Kaiser rolls.
Pizza dough.
Honey oat bread. This one was a fav with the family when I bake it.
You make a lot of sourdough items. I will get my sourdough going when it gets warmer, and will try more of your recipes. 👍 My only drawback with sourdough,, It takes a 2 day effort. I used my sourdough starter in conjunction with yeast,, and still had the flavor, but all done in a 3 hour span of time.

When you stopped posting for a while,, I was sad and concerned. Was hoping everything was OK.
Then Jared contacted you and convinced you to return. :highfive:
Glad to see you here again :hugs
