Any Home Bakers Here?

I may or may not be stress baking two loaves of sandwich bread. :oops:
 
@SnapdragonQ, my basic GF bread recipe is for a bread machine. 1 3/8 cup liquid, 338 grams* GF flour (Namaste brand; haven't made any with my home ground flour yet.)

When I used SDS in it, the only change I made was to knock the liquid back to 1 1/8 cup. Same amount of flour. I went more by how the batter/dough looked, and it looked about right, so I went with it.

*I measure flour in grams for my two bread recipes. Using various flours made it confusing to go by volume, so I tried this and it seems easier.
 
Thank You Bruce. I HAVE LONG TIME SUPER FRIENDS on this thread. They did not cause me problems...they are part of my Baking. You are too. Why leave them? They ALWAYS supported me. I enjoy baking and learning and this forum has been a super Journey to continue with them.
