Any Home Bakers Here?

Hi all, it has been a while! I hope you’re all well and baking away. I’ve been cheating and using my bread machine lately for anything in that category and not much baking otherwise. I’ve learned that I can use a sourdough starter in said bread machine though, so I’ve got a new batch on the counter now.
 
I add a half cup of starter to my GF bread. I like the flavor, and it rises a little more.

I had to change the amount of water I used, to account for the starter. I think I took out 1/4 cup water (the amount that would be in the starter), but ended up putting 1-2 tablespoons back in.

Thanks for the tip Sally! I was reading about it on the King Arthur site and was going to try their recipe to see how we like it.

I worked with a Missionary family to get sourdough perfected for a bread machine. That was in the mid 90s though!
