If you are on a borrowed laptop and using Microsoft Edge you can change the zoom level for the window. Click on the three dots on the upper right corner of the Edge Window and use the plus button to zoom in.

Using butter helps too.

I found out using butter made a HUGE difference in the quality of my cookies several years ago. Game changer, for sure.

Hi everyone,

I have an unusual question. Has anyone made any of the recipes that I have posted? I’m really interested to know if anybody has any input on my recipes.

I’m going to be making my grandma‘s goulash today. My mother is sick, so I’m gonna be making it to help her out.

Anyway, there’s a lot of smoke here because of the wildfires in Idaho. Check this out.

That is not a lunar eclipse. The smoke is so bad, the moon is orange.

Anyway, that’s all. I’ll post pictures of the goulash when it is done.

Jared, I was impressed with the egg dish you posted a while back. It came from this book. You described it as different and delicious. You also stated, that you were not able to post that recipe, because it was copyright, or such. So I went to Amazon, and purchased this book. It was about $20. It went up in price since. My main reason for this book,,, is to see how things were made 100 years ago.

Now that it is getting cooler,, I want to make that cheddar cheese you made. I need to round up all the ingredients for it.
