Any Home Bakers Here?

Afternoon everyone,

I got some really good news. I wanted to share this with you all.

The therapy that I am going to is doing a very good job with treating my depression. So good, that I think I’m going to need to get my medication adjusted soon.

I’m a lot happier now, and it’s harder to be depressed. The therapy is not done yet, as it takes about 30 days of daily therapy sessions, but I am already seeing good results.

I’m so happy, I might as well try to bake something!

Problem is, I don’t know what to bake right now.

Anyway, that’s all. I just wanted to share with you the therapy results so far.

The best to you as depression is very hard to deal with.

Keep up the good work.

Love-love-love the taste of anise! How do you make anise toast?
They are my Mom's Recipe and they are my favorite: take a bowl
eggs at room temp and beat with a hand beater. 4
add 1/3 cup of sugar while beating. BEAT the eggs nice and foamy.....then add 1/2 cup of avacado oil. BEAT add your extracts
I like using the Anise oil about 10 drops. add 1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract. I take a small plastic bag add 1/2 cup
sometime I use almonds. sometime I use walnuts. Bang with a wooden mallet to crush. 2 cups of AP flour 2 teaspoons SIFT into
the Bowl. Stir only to bring together. Cookie sheet. Shape two
loaves about 12inches long. DOUGH SHOULD be "loose/soft.
on Cookie Sheet lined with parchement. Bake til golden ..remove
cool 5 min slice place back in oven to toast. Makes about 24 slices. 4 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup avacado oil
anise oil. vanilla. almond extract 10 driops 1 teapoon
each extract. 1/2 crushed almonds or walnuts
2 cups flour. 1 teasooons baking powder
350 degree oven. 15-20 minutes Slice Rest Slice Toast
They are quick. easy and delicions and low calories. There is
always a cookie jar with them in our home.
