Any Home Bakers Here?

Bakers good morning one and all!

68 sunny 95% humidity feels like 65 rain 7%.

I love to see what everyone is baking.

Have a great day!

@sheknitsandcrochets --- When you ask what the oldest dated cookbook we had.

I had moved mine and was having a very hard time finding it.

It is Watkins Cook Book by J. R. Watkins Company with copyright of 1943.

There are no other dates related to copyrights.

This was published two years before I was born.
I managed to get a copy of the cookbook that my paternal grandmother used. It has a copyright of 1931 and is a "seventh printing 1935".

I feel The Watkins Cookbook is the first printing.

I'm sure it is great to have that particular cookbook.

Sounds like my kinda meals....I have Veggie Stew. Hamburg, Rice,
veggies and cabbage. Yogurt with homemade Honey Crisp apples
from the Orchard Apple sauce.
Yes I make veggie stew as well! I start with mirepoix and mushrooms and go from there. Always with cabbage family as the major ingredient. Red cabbage, bok choy etc…
