Any Home Bakers Here?

That is a large recipe or did you make double? Looks like Wheat?
BEAUTIFUL.
It's kinda my own recipe, starts w 5 c hot water. Combination whole wheat, AP and bread flour. I think I used too much bread flour in this batch, it's softer than I like, also a little on the sweet side (honey). I've been experimenting, trying to get my recipe down on paper, lol. Instead of just throwing ingredients in. I want a consistent batch that I can share with my granddaughter so she can make it too. Harder than you'd think! Edit: Thank you!
 
I'm sad! I think my new oven blew an element today, is that possible? I was baking cookies and heard a loud POP sort of like when a light bulb blows. Went into the kitchen (was watching a movie in the living room) and smelled like an electrical burning smell but saw no smoke or anything. The panel was completely dark. No clock, no oven temp, no timer, nothing. No power. DH went downstairs and checked the breakers and sure enough, that one was tripped. He reset it and the clock on the panel came back on. The burners worked. We let the oven cool then tried it again (I still had one pan of cookies to bake). It would only heat up to 305, but no hotter. Called Mr Appliance. Sigh. Three weeks before they can get to me. At least I can cook on the stove top, glad of that!
